The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Eugene Euwer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

A wonderful person

Gene and his family were the first orcharding family I met when I moved here in the early 1980s and began working with farmworkers.  He was a wonderful person, a great example of a farmer who was generous and dedicated to those who worked on his family's land.  I loved hearing him talk about his visits and activities in Mexico.   He will be missed by many, and although I hadn't seen him in quite some time, I was saddened by his death --- but gladdened by his life.   My condolences and love to all his family.
