As part of the Oak Grove Five (Susie, Selma, Carol, Francie, Mandy), I have so many memories from childhood. Susie was a good friend from grade school through our last year at Wy’east. Playing at Oak Grove, riding bikes around the block, sleep overs, hanging out at each other's houses, Crag Rat Outings, driving jeeps through the orchard, passing notes at Wy'east, sealing wax, listening to the Beatles – Susie was part of the quilt of my childhood. It was so easy to lose touch as adults. Now I'm just remembering Susie with love. For her family, please know that your sister, wife, mom was a fun and loyal friend. She is remembered fondly.
