So many snapshots come to mind

Whenever I hear Mr Wheatley's name, many immediate snapshots come to mind: for instance; Mr Wheatley with his signature mustache, and white short sleeve shirt and tie, teaching me typing in Business Machines with the biggest oldest museaum clunkers (probably returned to the museum) and adding machines where you changed the ribbon spools and used the "whiteout tape". Ok.. I'm dating myself.. but I can type over 90 wpm.. and shorthand at 10 wpm (kidding..I write faster than I can shorthand) The snapshot of Mr. Wheatley teaching the "Business Class" actual business! They opened a store within the school at lunch where they had a desk outside the door of the classroom and sold snacks and candy I can't remember the name of it, but it had one. It wasn't my class, but I was jealous. I learned much later, thinking about that and owned my own business much later. Snapshot of Mr Wheatley at any and every event that I attended in his GOLD Lion's vest directing traffic for fireworks displays. I heard that he was always on call for delivery of the "Eye Institute" where he would deliver REAL eyes to recipients whenever a "donor" unfortunately had to donate. NOT an easy task.. Mr Wheatley coaching sports and was pretty good at it. I commend his family for his family time he gave to his community. I could never call Mr Wheatley- Rogers anymore than I could call Mr. or Mrs Wittenberg- Ken and Joann. or Mrs Atherly- Carol... just just the Genre I grew up in. Rest in Pease Mr. Wheatley.. Rogers
