Johnny was an awesome guy in many ways! I truly feel honored to have been his friend. My friendship with Johnny started about 30 years ago when I started visiting the Hood River airport. During conversations with the the local pilots I would often hear about this guy named Johnny Roberts. It was Johnny Robets this and Johnny Roberts that. Finally, one day I made it a point to meet him at Aero Spray. Within one short visit I realized that this guy is about as down to earth and genuine as they come. That was the beginning of one the best friendships I've had. I have many found memories of Johnny etched in my mind and I am thankful for that. Dennis
