To Elaine and family... A loss much too early. As a younger brother (V'62) in Sigma Phi (UVM) I always wondered why certain of the older brothers had it all together. The answer was epitomized in Scott (V'60). A prior Service member (USN), Scott could do it all. Study, party and leave the rest of us in the dust. A great older brother and friend, he left a life long impression on me. We re-established contact when I discovered that Scott and Elaine had moved to Hood River, where my daughter lives. He and I had many great times in Hood River reminiscing over old Sigma Phi adventures. BSL Terry and Kathy Hall
