I just learned of Joan's death and was saddened by the news. What a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother to her husband and family, and what a wonderful classmate to the members of the Springfield High School Class of 1963. It was a blessing to have her share herself with us at our class reunions, and by email the last few years. I hadn't heard from her for a while and I guess I thought she was doing well and getting busier with life. She certainly fought a good fight!! God was waiting with open arms!
