With the passing of Fred Hogg, the world has lost a friend, although his positive influence over the years will continue forever through the people that he has touched. In 1985 when my son joined Cub Scouts in Fullerton, as a parent I needed to understand this new endeavor. Fred was the leader of my first training. Because of his knowledge, inspiration, encouragement, and enthusiasm, I remain a member of the BSA. Thank you, Fred, for all that you have done.
