Dear Steve, I am so sorry for your loss. Ida was a lovely woman who always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, even when she herself was in pain. I so enjoyed watching her pass out the Halloween candy at City Hall each year -- the joy on both her and the children's faces was wonderful to see.
