Some of her favorite places were touring the orient with The Sister Tsuruta group, cruising through the Great Lakes down the S1, Lawrence River, Europe, and a trip on the QE2 Sue loved music! She played the piano, violin, and sang with The Sweet Adelines Chorus for six years. She went to many Broadway musicals, took tap lessons when she was 50, and encouraged all of her children to enjoy music.

She was an avid reader, did needle point, went to sewing club, collected dolls and she made many cross stitch quilts. Sue loved to play cards and NEVER missed an opportunity to play with family and friends. She also loved the beach and always had a cross word puzzle going.
