Life Story for LeRoy Patton
LeRoy David Patton passed away May 12, 2016 at his home in Hood River, Oregon. LeRoy was born November 1, 1955 and was 60 at the time of his passing.
LeRoy was born in The Dalles, Oregon to Paul and Margaret (Reinke) Patton. He grew up in The Dalles, attended schools there and graduated from The Dalles Wahtonka High School. He worked many years for Diamond Fruit as a truck driver and later as a lift operator in the packing house. LeRoy enjoyed model trains, taking pictures, drives in the country or just being outdoors.
LeRoy is survived by his wife, Denise J. Patton at their home in Hood River; mother, Margaret K. Patton of The Dalles; children, David, John and Jennifer; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; and brother, Larry Patton (and wife, Emily). He was preceded in death by his father, Paul.
Private family services are planned and LeRoy will be laid to rest at the Mountain View Cemetery of Hood River.
