My memories of John start when I was very young and enjoyed summers in Hood River where John was always off Wind Surfing. As his young cousin, I remember thinking "this guy is so cool." He was always kind and attentive, always interested in how others were doing in their lives. His life and legacy could not better summed up then in his obituary. He was gentle and true joy to be around, he will be missed dearly. Ken and I send our love and thoughts of peace to Dave, Aunt Camilla and my cousins.
