Condolence: Jan was our neighbor and our friend, and we're sad to hear of her passing. She was such an interesting character who shared stories of life and adventures, with a ready smile and charm. I feel privileged to have known her. Over the years I have cleaned house for her, changed irrigation line, led her llamas for exercise along the canal trail with my girls Becky and Merrie, and enjoyed neighborly mailbox chats catching up on news. She never failed to ask what and how my girls were, and would remember. I was fortunate to clean her house recently, and dusting all her special mementos and souvenirs of her life were touching and nostalgic for me. My deepest condolences to the family. She will always hold a special place in my heart.
