When I was a little girl in first grade, I went all by myself to the bathroom and...got lost. It was only my second day of school and that building was SO big. I stood there in the middle of the hallway and started to cry. This tall man in a kind of uniform, found me and asked me what was wrong. I told him and he took my hand and led me to the girls room and waited there 'til I got all done. And, he took me right back to Mrs. Peelers room and told me "not to worry about it; sometimes I get lost too" I graduated from first grade LOTS of years ago, but I will never, ever forget that tall man who took my hand and made me feel safe. God Speed, Mr. Kahler....if, when its my time, I get lost crossing the bridge, I bet he'll be around somewhere to show me way.
