Hermits Way has never been quite the same without Ellen and Doris Anderson. I admired them both as they cheerfully faced the challenges of life in their 80s. Before Ellen moved to Mill Creek, I felt like one of the young ones here in our little community and now I am one of the eldest with two new families on each side of us with five young children each. I was also able to visit with Ellen at Mill Creek in the dining area a number of times when my mother and father-in-law were residing there. I won't forget her pleasant smile.
