Condolences

Condolence From: James P. O'Brien
Condolence: I have known Elaine since 1952, when I came to Mosier as a 7th grader and she was a senior. Consistently friendly and helpful. I always enjoyed seeing her at class reunions and other times, particularly when I taught at Mosier School and she was the resident cook. I think most of her kids eventually were in one of my classes, either at Mosier or Wahtonka. The last time I saw her was at my father's funeral, which was 1999. Rest in peace, old friend. You've lived well and faithfully for your family and friends.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you all, in memory of such a wonderful lady. Elaine had a wonderful smile for all. I remember her excellent home cooked meals at Mosier School and the care she took of all the students and staff there for so many years.
I will miss her smiling face on Huskey Road.

Condolence: My heart and prayers go out to all of Elaine's family.
Delbert, you and Elaine proved to me that the marriage vow "till death do us part" is so real. Over the last 20 years of knowing you two, I always sensed the true love you had for each other .
Prayer for the entire family. God Bless

Condolence: I will always have good memories about Elaine. She was another Mosierite that made me feel like I was back home when I saw her. Even as she became less mobile she could always muster that nice smile and pleasant greeting. To her family and friends: "To live in the hearts of those you leave behind is not to die". Cherish her memory.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. Growing up in Mosier was a privilege and living next door to Hermans was also.

I remember many happy meals that my sister Karen and I were able to share in the Herman household. Thinking about how good those meals were, I don't doubt that Elaine did a great job cooking for Mosier students.

I know she will be greatly missed.
