Condolence: Duane taught me so much about carousels, restoration, history and so much more... He entrusted me to be one of the operators of his beautiful machines, and as one of the caretakers of the museum. One of the greatest experiences I've ever had. He was passionate and held you to a higher standard, and you learned how to hold YOURSELF, and others to one by his example.
I've held those lessons close for over thirty years... Thanks, 'Boss'... you'll be truly missed by all of us.
