Clarence "Clary" Martin  Masiker
Clarence “Clary” Martin Masiker, age 90, passed away on February 20, 2016 at home surrounded by his wife and three children.

Clary was born November 27, 1925 to Clarence “Roy” and Marie (Paasch) Masiker in Hood River, OR. He spent his entire life in Hood River attending local schools.

Clary served in the Navy during WWII and Korea. Upon his return from the service he went to work for Mayflower Farms. He was an Odell volunteer fireman for 30 years, and active in his community.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years Phyllis (Trively) Masiker and three children, Nikki (David) Root, Cathy (Willie) DeLong and Marty (Kathy) Masiker, grandchildren Darci Anderson, Paul (Tracy) Matthews, Rod Rice, Penny Matthews, Jay (Megan) Knight and Alex Masiker. Great grandchildren Emily Anderson, Garrett Anderson, Briana “Breezy” Matthews, Skylar Matthews and Kinsley Knight.

Remembrances may be made to Providence Hospice of the Gorge or the WyEast Fire Department.

A time for friends and family to celebrate the life and mourn the loss of Clary is planned for 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 26th at Anderson's Tribute Center (Funerals • Receptions • Cremations) 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
