Columbia River Inter-Tribal Enforcement

All of us at the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Enforcement office are saddened with the passing of Kayla. John, Kayla, Kara, and Jennifer, and their families, will always be a part of our family. Kayla had a spirit that she shared with each of us and will always be a part of us. Some time in the future many of us will be faced with a choice to be made, especially her closet family and friends, and we'll silently ask, what would Kayla have done? Silently, we'll try to make a decision that will honor her spirit. This is how the spirits of our mothers and fathers, even back to our earliest ancestors, live on through us. God bless with peace in heart and mind to all. Mitch Hicks
