Guadalupe “Lupe” Garcia passed away July 15th in Hood River, Oregon; he was born July 11, 1969 and was 44 years of age at the time of his passing. Lupe was born in Tlacuitapa, Jalisco, Mexico to Augustine and Teresa Garcia. Services for Lupe are as follows;
