The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John "Jack" Greve can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Jack was a classmate of mine at Lyons High School, class of 1953. He was one of the smartest kids in our class and a real nice guy. He was one of the classmates picked to succeed in life. We know that's why he was a good doctor. Jack and his wife attended our 55th reunion in 2008. I am so sorry to learn of his death and pass my condolences on to his family

Condolence: Dr. Greve was the best mentor ever to me as a graduate RN atmyfirst job at Emanuel in the ICU. He was smart, forgiving and had a wonderful sense of humor. His words of advice have stuck with me my entire career. My condolences to his family.
