His family moved to Berkeley, CA and then to Palo Alto, CA where he met his wife of 61 years, Barbara Julia Parthun, known as "Bobbie" and "Sox" by friends and family. Keith served in the Navy on an aircraft carrier during the Korean War.
They were married on 4/12/1951 in Palo Alto. They had four children there before moving to Mountain View, CA where they raised their family. They retired to Hood River, OR in 1991. Keith was a successful salesman, a devoted husband, a supportive father and very entertaining grandfather. He was extremely creative, building all kinds of fun things for his kids and grandkids.
