Obituary for Barbara H. Paddock

Barbara Helen Paddock passed away March 18, 2014 at the Parkhurst House Assisted Living Facility in Hood River.

Barbara (Barb) was born June 25, 1933 in Greeley, Colorado to Robert & Helen (Peck) Davison. She graduated from Willamette High School in 1951. Later that year she married Richard Alford and they had two sons together, Randy and Terry.

Barb married Charles R “Bob” Paddock in August of 1968. They enjoyed 35 years together, wintering in Arizona in their later years, until Bob passed away in 2004.

Barb enjoyed camping, fishing, cross stitch, and reading a good book. She had a special fondness for dogs and shared her life with many along the way.

Survivors include sons Randy of Winchester Bay Oregon, and Terry of Hood River, stepson Kevin Paddock of Kirkland Washington, stepdaughter Vicki Edney of Springfield Oregon, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
