Walter J. Webb, Jr., of San Clemente, California passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013, after incurring a head injury, doing what he loved best, going on a long afternoon walk.

Walter was born June 27, 1919, in Winnipeg Canada to Walter J. Webb and Jessie Agnes Webb. He graduated from Mosier High School in 1938, which is where his interest in photography began. While freelancing for area newspapers and Look magazine Wally settled in Anaheim California in 1954. He owned a photography studio and spent his career taking portraits until his retirement in 1982.

After retirement Wally's passions included landscape photography, oil painting, traveling, athletics and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his enthusiastic spirit, especially while challenging his children and grandchildren to bike and running races, sometimes surprising us by beating us to the finish line, at the young age of ninety.
