Art and I grew up in Healdsburg with Roberta. Her family attended my dad's church, she and Art graduated together, and we spent many Sunday School and youth group hours together, and I can hear her laughing now. We were actually in her wedding, and I still have my bridesmaid dress! We were privileged to visit with Roberta at her and Art's most recent class reunion, and had always hoped to visit her in Washington someday.Art and I live in the Kansas City area, but we receive the Tribune, and were greatly saddened to read of Roberta's unexpected passing.
