Cynthia Lynn Lang passed away from pneumonia in Hood River on November 29th, 2012. She was born January 19th, 1961 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis, Oregon to Betty and William Barnett.

Cynthia graduated from Clovis California High School and lived in California until 1992 when she moved to Hood River and became a patient at the Hood River Care Center. She was inflicted with a neuro muscular disease for much of her life. In spite of her handicap, she kept a positive attitude about life and because of her cheerful personality and smiling face she was loved by all the staff and nurses at the care center. We extend our sincere gratitude for the support and care she received while there.

Cynthia is survived her father, Bill Barnett of Hood River, Oregon; sons, Joseph Hayward of Tulare, California and Bill Hayward and Daughter-in-law Allison of Fresno, California; and sister Megan of Portland. Her mother Betty and sister Lori preceded her in death. No services will be held at this time.
