Dear Family and Friends of Bill: Sally and I so blessed to have known Bill and Jackie and have had them in our lives. I started working for Bill in 1978 at RBF and provided great moral and professional leadership to his coworkers and subordinates. I will always remember Bill, baby blue( the blue Lincoln ) with the saddle on the hood leaving RBF as Bill retired to Oregon. May the Lord hold you, Bill, in His hands.
