Robert "Bob" Williams, departed this world on June 15, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of passion, knowledge, and innovation.

Born on December 2, 1942, in Baltimore, MD, Bob was a loving husband to Jeanette Williams, his devoted wife of 50 years.  Together they raised two children, Katie and Cody, imparting wisdom, instilling values, and nurturing their dreams.  His love for his children knew no bounds, and he took great pride in their accomplishments. Bob was the doting grandfather to 3 grandchildren; Kaimana, Emerson and Nainoa, whom he adored.

Bob’s life was defined by his unwavering dedication to education and his spirit of intellectual curiosity and honesty. As a teacher in Hood River, and professor at PSU he touched the lives of countless students throughout his career and beyond. 

Creating a company that reflected his passion for reading and remembering, Bob and Jeanette founded BookDarts, with ingenuity and spirit of eternal curiosity about the world. They turned an idea into a successful business, leaving an indelible mark on the literary world, without ever compromising the integrity of the page.
