Rafael Garcia-Avila passed away on May 24, 2022 at home in Cascade Locks, Oregon.  Rafael was born on October 2, 1962 and was 59 years of age at the time of his passing. 

Services are planned for 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (1501 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031).
