Nora Rixen passed away May 31, 2023 at her home in Cascade Locks, Oregon.  Nora was born February 15, 1959 and was 64 years of age at the time of passing.  

A memorial gathering will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Cascade Locks Pavilion (395 SW Portage Rd, Cascade Locks, OR 97014).
