Obituary for Michael Earl Blakley

Michael Earl Blakley. 



1/2/42-5/31/23 



Son, brother, friend, husband, father, grandpa and papa. He wore all his titles with pride. 



Born and raised in Oregon City by his patents Grace & Frank Blakley. He had 4 siblings Linda, Kim, Joe, and Steve.  Being the oldest he took on many responsibilities to learn hard work and how to provide for his family. 



Later in life Mike joined the military at 18 years old, he was a part of the 173rd airborne paratroopers when it officially became the 173rd. After serving for over a year, he went on to become a father with his late wife Barbara. They had 4 children, Mary Beth, Michelle, Judy and Jeff. As time went on, he then took in his granddaughter, Haley. He was loved by multiple grandkids and great grandkids. Mike was a honest and strong man. He was a family man, a cowboy, a veteran and an overall genuine person. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
