Kenneth Elwood Franklin passed away July 20, 2022 in Hood River, Oregon.  Ken was born May 11, 1925 and was 97 years of age at the time of passing. 

Services are planned for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at Anderson's Tribute Center • 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
