Joyce Ann Graham passed away March 13, 2022 at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center of Portland, Oregon. She was born January 21, 1931 in Portland, Oregon and was 91 years of age at the time of her passing. A service to honor Joyce is planned for 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 6th, 2022 at Willamette National Cemetery of Portland, Oregon where she will be laid to rest beside her husband James Richard Graham.
