Jose Guadalupe "Lupe" Castañeda Villegas passed away surrounded by family on January 14, 2023 at his home in Hood River, Oregon.  Lupe was born on May 28, 1938 and was 84 years of age at the time of his passing. 

A time for viewing will be held 4-8 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2023 at Anderson’s Tribute Center (1401 Belmont Ave, Hood River, OR 97031). Jose’s funeral mass will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (1501 Belmont Ave, Hood River, OR 97031) with burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery (1225 Tucker Road, Hood River, OR 97031).
