Joe R. Holt Jr. passed away on August 27, 2020 at his home in Hood River, Oregon. Joe was born on November 09, 1936 and was 83 years of age at the time of his passing. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am Tuesday September 1, 2020 at Pine Grove Butte Cemetery (2687 Van Horn Drive Hood River, OR 97031). Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, all participants will need to wear a mask or face covering during the service.
