Obituary for Gladys Lou Lorraine Porter
Gladys Lou Lorraine Porter passed away on January 23, 2024. Glady knew no stranger in this life. She opened her home to anyone ever needing additional love, healing or advice. Gladly helped raise her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews all at the same time she was raising her own three children. Glady worked at Mid Valley School for many years, again always lending and ear to listen to any problem you, your children or your family was having and hoping she could make any of your problems go away. We celebrate the passing of Glady with love and joy because she always said that this life was just a stepping stone to an even more wonderful adventure.
Glady was preceded in death by her husband Olen Porter and is survived by her children Grant and Sandra, David and Rendi, and Alex and Mary. Her brothers and sisters Randy, gene, Susan, Sandra, and Reolla. Her grandchildren Austin, Kelly, Josh, and Jesse. Her great grandchildren Everett, Juniper, Charlie, and Adley.
