Obituary for Dorothy L. Starr
Dorothy Lucille Starr (73) passed away on June 05, 2020 at Columbia Basin Care Center in The Dalles, OR. She was born October 10th, 1946 in Igloo, South Dakota to Gertrude and Dale Benson. Dorothy grew up in South Dakota and moved to Bingen, Washington in the late 1960’s. She lived her life and raised her children in Bingen until she moved in 2012. Dorothy was an avid reader and enjoyed many crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers Clarence Benson, Richard Hollenbeck and Robert Hollenbeck;
Dorothy is survived by her daughters Jacqueline Cox (her husband Preston Cox) and Jerilena Gladish (her husband James Gladish); and three grandchildren Doran Cox, Corrina Cox, and Breann Gladish.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
