Donna Louise Johnson (Frazier) passed away February 10, 2019 in Hood River, Oregon with her family by her side. Donna was born on May 20, 1948 in Wyandotte, Oklahoma.
Donna is survived by her husband, Terry Dean Johnson, five daughters and their spouses, 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one more on the way, her sister and two brothers.
