Clifford was born in White Swan, Washington to James and Annie (Bettles) Alexander and a proud member of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation.
Native American funeral burial rites are planned for 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 16th, 2019 at Anderson's Tribute Center (Funerals • Receptions • Cremations) 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery of White Swan, Washington on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019.
