Life Story for Roland "Andy" Solberg
Roland “Andy” Andrew Solberg of Hood River, Oregon passed away on August 20, 2017 at his home, surrounded by friends and family. Roland was born January 31, 1956 in Longview, Washington and was 61 years of age at the time of his passing.
Roland was born to Demus Stanley Solberg and Kathleen Horine. Andy grew up in Clatskanie, Oregon, later moving to The Dalles, Oregon and then Hood River, Oregon. Andy enjoyed hiking in the Gorge with his daughter, Chelsea, and his dog, Harley. He also enjoyed music and going to concerts. He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea; estranged daughter, Taylor; brother, Stanley Solberg; sister, Victoria (Mike) Broadhead; numerous nieces and nephews; his long-time friend, Rhonda; his faithful dog, Harley.
