Condolence: I met Fred in high school and we have been friends all of these years. I am truly going to miss him and I am pleased that I had the opportunity to know and visit
with him over the years. Good luck Fred and I know you are in a better place.

Condolence: Unfortunately, sad news travels fast. I was so sorry to hear about Fred's passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the Dethman Family and Bea. It was always a joy to have a visit with Fred, be it over the fence or a visit on our decks. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend, and would do such thoughtful things. I'm sorry that I will miss his service as I'm down south for the winter, but my heart will be with you all on that day and in the days ahead. When I return in the spring, I know I'll feel an emptiness in the neighborhood without Fred. I'll miss seeing him out mowing his field, and our chats over the fence.

Condolence: Tuesday we lost a very humble friend, generous neighbor, loving family man, US Veteran and overall a great guy to be in the company of.
I will miss Fred's dry sense of humor, stories, wisdom and willingness to help.
His passing is hard to accept as it was much too soon in his life.
Like us, I know the Dethman family now has a large void that can't be replaced.
Rest in eternal peace Fred.
