Charles “Chuck” Blair passed away July 15, 2014 at Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland Oregon. Chuck was born February 22, 1932 and was 82 at the time of his passing. Graveside services will be held 4pm, Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
