Condolence: Our Dear Neighbor, Carl:
Safe journey, our friend. Rest in Peace. We loved & respected you more than just the greatest neighbor ever that you were, with Sharon. You are missed dearly. Thank you again for your Naval service to our country, for your kindness, thoughtfulness & conversations, and for simply being a good human being, for whom I have great admiration & with whom I was lucky enough to share time.
Sharon, I'm so sad (Louie too) and sorry for your loss. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. You have my card, so (as always) please do not hesitate to call anytime you may need or want help around the house or some companionship -- either me with Louie, or just Louie to keep you company for a while, overnight, or whatever you'd like. He's the best pup ever (I think you agree), and one heck of an Emotional Support Animal. We will gladly be there for you any time, but especially in these difficult moments you face.
