Obituary for Ricky "Ricky Bob" Harold Hulett

Ricky "Ricky Bob" Harold Hulett
Rick Hulett 61 passed away surrounded by those he loved in his Hood River home April 22, 2014. Rick was born July 9, 1952 in Lubbock, Texas to Jerald and Donna (Temple) Hulett. A full life story will run in a later edition but friends are invited to visit www.AndersonsTributeCenter.com to leave a note of condolence for family. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson's Tribute Center (Funerals • Receptions • Cremations) 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.

We are celebrating Rick's life on May 31, 2014 in a unique way and would love for you to come join us!
May 31, 2014 at 2:00
At Riverside Community Church
317 State St
Hood River, OR 97031
(State St has been paved, but there are no sidewalks (yet!). Parking south of the church on Sherman St is an option, especialy if you can not walk up stairs, as there is a ramp. There is an elevator if you come in the front entrance.)
This will be followed by a New Orleans flavored Second Line parade with ukuleles, horns, and a life size cutout of "Tricky" playing his uke. Tricky is a lifesize photo cutout of Rick playing his uke. It's cool but sort of creepy at the same time! Rick loved it! We will leave from the front door of RIverside and walk two blocks over, down, over, and back up to end up where we started. Bring an instrument, parasol, or an umbrella and join the celebration! I hear colorful clothes are encouraged.
We will play "When the Saints Go Marching In" in the key of C and "Down By The Riverside" in the key of F.
Following the parade, we will gather up our cases, and drive to the Rockford Grange to make music, share, and celebrate.
