Obituary for LaVerne H. Zander
LaVerne H. Zander passed away on April 6, 2014 at his home in Milwaukee, Oregon.
Laverne was born in Glasgow, Montana on November 30, 1938. He grew up in the La Grande, Oregon and attended grade school and high school there before enlisting in the Navy. After his discharge from the Navy, he moved to Salem, Oregon, and then later moved to the Portland area.
Among other family members, LaVerne is survived by his sister, Cornelia German of Hood River, Oregon
Services will be private.
