Condolences

Condolence From: Kevin Paddock
Condolence: Barbara was an Amazing partner to my father. They forged a great life together and made an endearing couple. She helped raise me through those crazy high school times. She had great advice that I did not always take, but in retrospect I should have. I was her rebellious step-son. But she always treated me with respect and graciousness. Our family will miss her. We ache for Terry. We are certain she is happier now and her and my father are together once again.

Condolence From: Marilyn Gladwell
Condolence: While living in The Dalles, Barbara faithfully attended the early morning Sunday services at Gateway Presbyterian Church. She joined our back pews group for brunch after the service on most Sundays, where we discussed topics ranging from the sermon to politics. I apologized once to Barb for some of us being so chatty she couldn't get a word in. She replied she enjoyed the conversation & variety of ideas. I often saw Barb in the dining room at Flagstone when I came to visit my mother in the Memory Care section. Our group enjoyed Barb's friendship & pray that she has found the peace she deserves in the hands of the Lord. Blessing & comfort to all her family, Marilyn Gladwell, The Dalles.
