Life Story for Kimberley Jo Sullivan (Williams)

KIMBERLEY JO SULLIVAN, Kim a longtime Hood River, Oregon resident went home to Jesus March. 15, 2014, in her home on Avalon Drive, Kim was 59 years of age. She was allowed to pass at home thanks to her Granddaughter Jessamyn Duckwall and future son-in-law Taylor Brinsfield. She was surrounded by loved ones all the time including the last days of her life and her son Michael, Daughter Deevonna and granddaughters Hannah, Jessamyn and Bailey. Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at Pine Grove Butte cemetery. Kim was born July 4, 1954 in Roseburg, Oregon to Calvin and Betty Jo Williams (Dunn). She was raised and educated all over Oregon. Her favorite grades were 1st and 2nd in Bell Fountain, OR. She moved to Hood River in 1967 and it has been home every since. Her best memories are raising her children on Lippman Rd. from 1979 to 1992. She picked every kind of fruit you can imagine, picked cotton, fell timber and planted trees all across the United States before working at Stadelman Fruit for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to garden, pick mushrooms and be with her dogs and cats. She is survived by her father Calvin Williams; sister Michelle Harrington and Linda Simmons; brother Logan Williams daughters, Deevonna Frasier and Debi Sullivan; son Michael Sullivan; granddaughters; Devyn Sullivan, Jessamyn Duckwall, Hannah Duckwall and Bailey Frasier; grandsons; David Frasier, Robert Frasier, Chet Frasier, Christopher Sullivan soon to be born Caleb Sullivan and her first great grandchild is due to be born this summer. She wore a necklace that read What cancer cannot do…it cannot…invade the soul, suppress memories, kill friendship, destroy peace, conquer the spirit, shatter hope, cripple love, corrode faith, steal eternal life or silence courage and she lived this for the last four years. Love you whole bunch anyway. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson's Tribute Center (Funerals • Receptions • Cremations) 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
