Condolence From: Peggy Bell
Condolence: First of all my thoughts and prayers go out to Alan's family.Alan was so much fun to be around! If you were in the same room with Alan, you were having a good time! Laughing at all his mischievous lil antics! His kindness and generosity were immeasurable. One of my favorite memories was when he told Judy on her 40th bday, "well for being eighteen, you sure have the body of a forty year old"! And didn't realize he said it backwards until Jude was like WELL THANKS ALOT ALAN! And when he took Jude and I to Reno! What a blast that was. I could go on and on about how much fun Alan contributed to my life. He will always hold a special place in my heart!

Condolence: To the entire family of Alan,s.. I forward my most sincere condolences. I have known Alan as one of the first people I met when I moved to Hood River so many years ago.. I am unable to recall a single time that he wasnt a pleasure to be around , so many good memories and laughes by the truck load.. During my years being acitive at and with Post 22 of The American Legion , Alan was always one to count on . He served his country , community and friends and family well. I am very grateful to have known him and count him among one of my friends... Tom Walston
