Condolences

Condolence From: Jan Polychronis
Condolence: I worked with Marv in Cardiac Rehab in exercise for a number of years and he was well liked and a friendly presence. He was also my neighbor when I owned a home on Pine Street and he often walked by and we visited; even my cat Haze liked him! I later visited him at Hawk's Ridge. Blessings to you Marv, it was good to know you, and to his family.

Condolence: Marv's friendly presence - and impish grin, even toward the end - has made my years at Hawks Ridge much more pleasurable. R.I.P. Marv.

Condolence: I have wonderful memories of Marvin. Mom and dad owned the H & V cafe and he was a regular there. Many times when mom and dad would leave the restaurant for something and left it to my sister and myself, we were to always call Marvin if we ran into trouble and he would come over. One day a drunk man came into the cafe and we called Marvin and he ran over. He came in and sat down in one of the chairs (all very spy like, lol) and sat while I waited on him to make sure he didn't do anything he shouldn't. He was always that shining light we knew we could count on. I know your journey on earth is at an end Marvin but your journey in heaven has just begun. Sherri Shank McFadden

Condolence: What fond memories I have of Marv - he kept an eye on the kids always, and I think I stopped by Marv's every day, just to say hi. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and sincerely hope that happy memories help the Harder family.
