Kimberlie “Kimmie” Ann Lowe passed away peacefully August 6, 2013 at the Hood River Care Center. Kimberlie was born June 11, 1957 and was 56 at the time of her passing. She was born June 11th, 1957 to James and Fae Lowe in Portland, Oregon and was 56 at the time of her passing. Kimmie had an incredible zest for life. Kimmie was loved by all who met her; she worked at Opportunity Connections in Hood River for many, many years. She loved anything and everything colorful from, puzzles and beads to stylish shoes and clothes. She will be remembered by all who have met her and missed by all who love her.
