Condolence From: Bill and Sally Green
Condolence: Dear Family and Friends of Bill: Sally and I so blessed to have known Bill and Jackie and have had them in our lives. I started working for Bill in 1978 at RBF and provided great moral and professional leadership to his coworkers and subordinates. I will always remember Bill, baby blue( the blue Lincoln ) with the saddle on the hood leaving RBF as Bill retired to Oregon. May the Lord hold you, Bill, in His hands.

Condolence From: Ruth and Robert Bein
Condolence: Dear family and friends of Bill: You have suffered a great loss, one that can’t be changed for those of us left behind, but one that we know is only temporary. Bill was an outstanding example to all of us of exemplary integrity and character. He was extra special as a husband and father to his family. But to me he was the one who gave me my start. He was my inspiration for my conduct. His Christian faith was the rock that we based our firm’s culture on. He was my friend and my confidant, my counselor, my guide, and my strength, when I was weak. He gave me hope when I was down and the will to go on when I was worn down. He was my brother. Love and God’s blessing. Ruth, Bob, and the Bein Family

Condolence From: Gregory A. Helmer, PLS
Condolence: I’ve had the privilege of following Bill Frost’s Professional Land Surveying legacy at RBF for the past 25 years, as well as meeting several times at different events. Last year we donated to the County Surveyor’s Office historical land records spanning much of Bill’s career with the firm. These have been scanned and made of record to the public for the significant contribution he made to the Orange County community then, and will be continuing to provide important information to property owners into the future. Bill was a consummate professional and a most pleasant and sincere friend. My condolences to Bill’s family and friends.

Condolence: Frost Family, I am deeply saddened by the news of Bill's passing. Although I know he is in a better place with his beautiful bride, it is still a huge loss for those of us that will miss him so dearly. Bill and I became great friends over the past 13 years and I am very thankful for that. He spoke so highly of all of you. The love he had for his family was very clear. He was an incredible man that had such a positive impact on so many lives and he will be missed. You are all in my prayers. Maribeth Chambers

Condolence: Im so blessed to know Bill for so many years and getting to know the family in more recent days. I will always admire the knowledge he had. He not only knew the answers but he knew the right answers. He loved the lord first and family second. I enjoyed hearing about his life acomplishments and how proud he was of his children. They were truely a blessing to him all the way to the end. Thank you for letting me be apart of his last days and to get to know you all. He may have wanted to go to heaven to be with Jackie but he also wanted to live to be with you. God bless you all.
